The Nurturing Infant Daycare You’ve Been Looking For

Here at the Kids Educational Centers, our infant daycare classrooms focus on giving your child the individual attention they need, while also creating valuable early learning opportunities. We’re not just a daycare center, but a center for early childhood education. We prioritize early learning and set all children up for success to meet each milestone.

Early childhood success starts at the beginning – infant daycare and education matter!

Most parents – especially first-time parents – worry over their baby developing “on time.” We know it’s hard, but try not to worry too much about your baby’s developmental timing. Every baby develops at their own pace, and with our childcare experts lending a helping hand, every infant is sure to thrive in our infant daycare classrooms.

Families in the greater Triangle region can depend on us for the quality infant care their child deserves.

How We Help Infants Reach Their Milestones

Social, Emotional & Physical Development

You may be asking yourself what kind of social and emotional development an infant can have, but you’d be surprised! Every skill we possess had to be practiced and learned first, even the most basic ones, like smiling, responding to voices, and forming healthy attachments to caregivers and peers.

Our certified teachers and childcare experts monitor and encourage vital physical developments, such as:

  • Head control
  • Rolling over
  • Sitting up
  • Crawling

Exploring the World Around Them

At this age, babies should start to become curious about the world around them. Interactive, playful activities are how we like to lead learning in every classroom, whether that’s infants, toddlers, preschoolers, or even school-aged kids. Exploring through sights, sounds, and touch is an important part of our infant curriculum.

Daily interactions, toys, and songs pique interest and encourage them to practice age-appropriate skills such as mobility and voice recognition.

Early Communication Skills

While infants aren’t yet capable of holding a conversation, it’s important to foster an interest in communicating on a level that they can understand. Making babbling sounds, smiling at familiar people, recognizing their names, and making eye contact are all skills that we practice in our infant daycare curriculum.

This is where we become much more than a “daycare.” We’re fully invested in your child’s development, just like you are. The early communication, social, and developmental skills they learn here follow them throughout their childhood, and matter even more when they’re older. Do what’s best for your child and sign them up today!

With our expertise, certified teachers, and investment in your child’s development, there’s no better daycare that you could choose for your infant. Kids Educational Centers know how to balance children’s desire to play with age-appropriate learning. We go far beyond diaper changes and bottle-feeding. Registering for our infant daycare program brings the peace of mind all parents need. With our team, trusting your baby in a well-cared-for environment is easy.

Part of our daycare services is to provide much-needed convenience for parents. No early morning rush to work should be further complicated by tedious commutes to daycares out of your way. Our five childcare locations make drop-off and collection easy; just pick the location that works best for your family.

Infant Daycare and Milestone FAQs

A parent’s search for a reputable daycare that they can trust with their infant isn’t easy, but we’re here to help simplify this difficult decision. Kids Educational Centers’ daycares will do right by your child every time.

Babies tend to start rolling over at around four to six months old. Our infant daycare teams help develop that skill through sensory play and tummy time.

We certainly do! Our certified teachers are well educated about the age-appropriate milestones to watch for and will update parents as their infants reach them. That level of care and attention to detail also extends to our other programs:

Not in the way that you’re thinking. Daycare for infants is much harder on the parents than the children. No daycare teacher could ever replace the bond a parent has with their child. What we do is set your baby up for success later in their life, not take your place!

Our infant daycare curriculum supports early childhood education by helping your baby develop necessary, age-appropriate skills. Babies are curious and eager to interact with their surroundings; we encourage that through play and sensory activities. Feel free to ask any questions about our curriculum and methods!
